Do we need technical staff to participate in your workshops?
Not at all. The AI Tool Familiarization Workshop is designed with non-technical participants in mind. All exercises use accessible, browser-based tools and are guided step by step. The aim is to build comfort and curiosity, not to teach programming or data science.
How long does the department-level engagement typically run?
The Department-Specific AI Application Design engagement runs over eight weeks and includes close collaboration between our advisors and your department leads. After launch, we stay available for a further four weeks to help your team settle into the new tools and address any questions that come up in practice.
What does an AI governance framework actually include?
The Enterprise AI Governance Framework covers policies for responsible tool use, data handling protocols, ethical guidelines, vendor management standards, and internal audit mechanisms. You receive a complete governance policy document, training materials for internal champions, an audit toolkit, and twelve months of follow-on advisory access.
